Every workshop has a different theme, offering you a dedicated practice on specific skills and techniques. In addition to this, we pay attention to mindful movement to deepen your dance.

  .Brighten Up Your Dance!
  Get ready to dive into a whole new repertoire of beautiful and fun upper body combinations designed to bring more emotion and expression into your movements. Discover how adding that “something extra” can transform your dance and make every gesture come alive!

As with all our workshops, we’ll wrap up the day with a joyful choreography that integrates everything you’ve learned — so you can truly feel the difference in your dance.

Sunday the 17th of may 11.00-13.00

• Bring your dancing skills to the next level! In this workshop of this block we will work on layering: combining multiple movements in different parts of the body simultaneously, creating a fluid effect. Learn how to isolate different muscle groups and have them move independently, yet in sync with one another to add depth and complexity to your dance. Expect lots of technique and fun drill combo’s!
